What are your ordering cut off times


Cut off time is Saturdays @ Noon before delivery days. Our system won't let your order if it it cut off time now.




Do you have a minimum ordering requirment?


Yes! $55 per delivery not not entire order




Do you allow for substituions?


No customizations allowed (we can only omit ingredients due to severe allergies).




What if I have a severe allergy?


Please contact us to discuss, we can omit ingredients due to severe allergies




What is your cancellation policy?


Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Delivery

What are you delivery times?


We deliver between 8am & 5pm Mondays & Wednesdays Delivery schedule is based on our route for that day and may be subject to change. We will contact you the morning-of with an estimated delivery window. * PLEASE NOTE* When ordering please select 12pm on your chosen Family Meal Deal. We will send you a text message on the day of with your estimated delivery time. This is how our system is working for now until Wix has a new update.




Do you charge a delivery fee?


Because we are a Seattle based company, your delivery may be subject to a small fee depending on your location. Your delivery will be calculated into your order upon check out.




What should I do with the insulated bag and reusable ice packs after my delivery?


Please return insulated bags and reusable ice packs to Birch Tree Academy and we'll pick them up when your next delivery arrives.

How are your meals different from other delivery services?


We are proud to say that we are not a typical meal delivery service. We offer a specialized, high-quality product designed to meet the time and lifestyle demands of busy parents. All components of our meals are handmade in small batches using organic, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Each and every meal is prepared to our highest standards with impeccable attention to detail and flavor. We are the premier meal delivery service for busy families in the greater Seattle area.




Will my food stay fresh while in transit?


Yes! We deliver all of our food in insulated delivery bags that are kept cool with reusable ice packs. All meals should be refrigerated immediately once received and will stay fresh for up to three days after delivery.




What should I do with my meal containers?


All of our meal containers are 100% recyclable, so please recycle them.




Do you use 100% organic ingredients?


We have worked tirelessly to develop meals that are not only delicious, but highly nutritious. While you will never find refined sugars, GMOs or bad stuff in any of our meals, we do not use 100% organic ingredients. Our products are handmade in small batches with local, seasonal and organic ingredients whenever possible.​




Do you accommodate food allergies or preferences?


At this time we are unable to accommodate most food preferences and/or allergies. Please keep in mind that we do not provide a product for medically necessitated diets or severe food allergies.
